Head Over Heels Friday: Decor & Entertaining Ideas for Thanksgiving

Now that all the Halloween fun is over, my brain has been consumed with Thanksgiving ideas. I LOVE Thanksgiving! Mostly because Alex's family comes out here to Minnesota to enjoy the holiday with us, and it is the only time we get to host a big holiday dinner (here's last year's post).  Since it is a pretty long trip for them, I want to do my very best to make their visit and the holiday feel special!

So, I've been looking for Thanksgiving ideas...everything from decor, to food, to games, and more! I thought I'd share some of the ideas that I am Head Over Heels for!  Let's take a look...
Wheat and Pomegranate Decor: Pottery Barn  |  Gobble Til You Wobble Vinyl: Etsy |  Wood Cheese Board: Pottery Barn  |  Wooden Conversation Starter Wine Glass Charms: Etsy  |  Leaf Cut Book Page Decor: Pottery Barn  |    Felt Table Runner: Etsy  |  Reclaimed Branch Place Card Holder: Etsy  |  Wine Tasting Station with Mini Chalkboards: Bachman's  |  Wine Cork Place Cards: Haute Commodities  |  Apron: Anthropologie  |  Centerpiece Vases: Stagetecture

I'm totally sold on the Wine Tasting Station from Bachman's, it has mini chalkboards, how cute!  The Felt Runner and Leaf Cut Book pages are also unique ideas for the table decor. Oh, and the centerpiece vases that have edibles in them!  I really need to make sure the table looks prettier this year (last year's wasn't very interesting).  One thing I know for sure, I need to sport a cute apron during all the Thanksgiving cooking!  That should totally get me in the Thanksgiving mood for cooking (and eating)!
What do you think?  See anything you are Head Over Heels for too?

I'll be working on a few projects this weekend, so there should be some fun posts coming up!  Hope everyone has a great weekend!

  1. I love that wine bottle holder with the chalkboards too! I'm gonna put that on my wish list for gift ideas! Btw, Local D'lish has a selection of super cute, vintage-y aprons made locally of course. Have you ever been to I Love You, in NE? If not, I must take you!
